Join us For These Special Workshops
Awakening the Senses
In this 90-minute workshop, participants will embark on a journey to explore and awaken their seven senses: sight, hearing, touch, smell, taste, proprioception (awareness of body position and movement), and interoception (awareness of internal bodily sensations). Through guided exercises, mindfulness practices, and creative activities, this session will encourage participants to deepen their connection with themselves and their environment. We will experience practical tools to incorporate mindfulness and sensory exploration into daily life and a renewed appreciation for the richness of the present moment and the body’s innate wisdom.
Sacred Geometry: Drawing and Connecting
In this 90-minute workshop, participants will delve into the fascinating world of sacred geometry, focusing on the powerful symbolism and energy of spirals. Spirals, as fundamental patterns found in nature, art, and life itself, represent growth, transformation, and the interconnectedness of all things. Through guided drawing exercises and a meditative practice, we will explore the meaning and significance of spirals in sacred geometry, reflecting on how spirals relate to personal growth, cycles of life, and universal balance. This is a workshop to express creativity as a tool for mindfulness and self-discovery.
I See My Essence
In this 90-minute workshop, participants will align with the purest and best version of their soul, embracing their authenticity while igniting a deeper sense of purpose and clarity. Through practices like visualization, journaling, and intention setting, they will strengthen their connection to their essence, align with their true desires, and open their hearts to greater self-awareness and fulfillment.
***Price for each workshop is $39 (minimum 3 people), or the package price for all three is $93.
